Sadie Williams is a multidisciplinary artist who creates pattern and colour driven work in fashion, textiles and art. She juxtaposes graphic modernity with hand-worked craft. Since graduating from the Central Saint Martins’ MA Fashion Course, Sadie’s work, which is both graphic and tactile, has capitalised on her strengths in print and textile innovation. Her creative output spans fashion, textiles, art, image making, surface pattern and animation. She continues to create textile driven art and fashion for her own brand, as well as for social projects, charities and numerous collaborations with other brands.

For several years, Sadie showcased collections at London Fashion Week. In 2018 she decided to step away from creating seasonal collections, due to what she saw as the unsustainable nature of the fashion calendar. She has since turned to more resourceful ways of working, such as upcycling and repurposing materials, creating work that reflects her increasing mindfulness of sustainable practices.
